Helen Nella Ingram, age 88, of Grand Haven, passed away peacefully in her sleep, Wednesday, April 22, 2009 at Sanctuary at the Shore, after suffering with Alzheimer’s Disease for several years. She was born November 26, 1920, in Grand Rapids, MI, to James and Effie Francis (Holden) Blok.
She is survived by a daughter, Valerie Dykhouse; a son, Edward Lowman; 7 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren; 1 brother, William (Joyce) Blok; 1 sister-in-law, Junes Blok; and several nieces and nephews. Helen was preceded in death by her parents, and 1 brother, James Blok.
