Viola Elsie McGregor, age 73, of Norton Shores died unexpectedly on Saturday, March 6, 2010, at Mercy Hospital in Muskegon.
Viola is survived by her husband William McGregor Jr.; four daughters: Penny (Rick) Romans of Marne, Nancy (George) Czinder of Nunica, Christine (Christopher) Biros of Fruitport and Rebecca (Tony) Dexter of Fruitport; son Bill (Robin) McGregor III of Hickory, N.C.; 15 grandchildren; one great-grandson; three sisters: Dolly Taylor of Mears, Judy Beck of Fruitport and Jean McGregor of Fruitport; one brother, Don Worth, of Spring Lake; special friend Sally Dick, several nieces and nephews, and her beloved dog Winnie. Viola was preceded in death by her sister, Gladys Latch.
Visitation with the family will be on Monday, March 8, 2010 from 5-8 p.m. at VanZantwick Bartels Kammeraad Funeral Home in Grand Haven. The funeral mass will take place Tuesday, March 9, 2010 at 11 a.m. at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Spring Lake.
